We start with concept boards, layout drafts, and color palettes — all tailored to your style and space dimensions. T&R Interior Designs uses this phase to define your project’s identity. You’ll receive digital concept presentations so you can clearly visualize the transformation before any purchases are made. We’ll review and refine these boards together to ensure every detail feels intentional, balanced, and authentic to you. Where curation meets craftsmanship. Once your design plan is approved, we move into sourcing — the hands-on process of finding the perfect pieces that bring your vision to life. Depending on your plan, T&R may handle this phase virtually (through online vendors and digital lookbooks) or in person (visiting local showrooms, boutiques, and design studios). We compare quality, scale, and pricing to ensure every selection supports your design and budget. You’ll be involved every step of the way — reviewing our curated selections for approval before purchases are finalized. For clients who prefer a completely hands-free experience, T&R can manage all ordering, delivery, and vendor coordination for a seamless process. This stage also includes fabric swatches, sample reviews, and sourcing reports to make sure every material — from rugs to drapery — feels consistent and high-quality.
Transforming your space from concept to reality. This is where everything comes together. Once all pieces have been sourced and delivered, T&R schedules the installation phase — the most exciting part of the process. Our team oversees placement, styling, and finishing touches to ensure your new design flows perfectly from room to room.
