💬 Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin your project and reserve your design time. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery, installation, or release of materials.

All product purchases, furnishings, and décor items are billed separately and must be paid in full before orders are placed. For projects that involve longer travel, larger open layouts, or custom product sourcing, additional fees may apply. All details are quoted and approved before any work begins.

Optional services such as Home Organizing, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In Preparation are available to enhance your experience. These services are billed separately and quoted according to project size and scope.
